Mr.
Green's reports are listed Room by Room if there are 3
bedrooms they will all be listed individually with each room having
it's own break down . The ASHI STANDARDS that some Home Inspectors
go by DO NOT REQUIRE this type of information, they only require
generic information such as " sampling of doors or windows"
type of a report, it limits liability for the inspectors which
is understandable.
Some of the inspectors that create there reports using computer
based inspection report programs or the home inspectors that use
some of the pre-printed forms do not have individual areas listed
on there reports. Mr. Green has taken the time to designed his
reports so that they are VERY easy to read yet supply more information
then most .
Ask your inspector if he can provide a room by room report. Also
Will he take the time to walk through the report with you. It's
